Setting up

The first step to start using Delfhos is to create an account. You can choose between two account types:

1. Business Account
   • Allows multiple users to be associated with a single organization.
   • Each user has their own login credentials and registered email.
   • All users within the same business account share a common balance, funded by the account administrator.
   • This setup is ideal for teams or companies that want centralized billing and fund management.
2. Freelance / Individual Account
   • Designed for solo users.
   • Tied to a single email address and balance.
   • Ideal for freelancers, independent professionals, or anyone who wants to use Delfhos individually.
   • Note: Individual accounts are automatically credited with $5 upon registration to allow you to test Delfhos with no initial commitment.

Credentials

To operate effectively, Delfhos requires access to your database credentials. These credentials are used to:

• Analyze your database structure
• Adapt queries to your specific schema
• Improve the accuracy and relevance of the AI responses

All credentials are strongly encrypted at runtime in a way that makes them inaccessible to Delfhos or any external system. Even the platform itself cannot read or retrieve your credentials.

This approach reflects our core commitment: user privacy and security are our top priorities.

Using Delfhos
